No, we don’t have government or credit checks. You only need to provide us with proof of your ID, and you are over 18 years old and live in the UK with a valid UK address.

You can send the secondary card to your family or friends in China or anywhere in the world. They can withdraw cash from ATMs bearing MasterCard® acceptance mark.

Can I get my wages paid into my RED88 account directly?
Yes, you can. You need to fill in a Mandate which we will send to you, once it is filled in, you then hand it to your employer.

How can I deposit money and/or cheque?
We will send you a Bank GIRO that is similar to a pay-in book. You can deposit your money and/or cheque at any NatWest branch using Rapid Depository Box with your Bank Giro.

Can I set up a standing order?
