What are the differences between RED88 Prepaid MasterCard and RED88 banking?
With RED88 prepaid MasterCard, you can only apply for a card for you and a secondary card for your family or partner. The maximum balance of RED88 Prepaid MasterCard is £3,000. With RED88 banking, we offer you not only prepaid card but also a banking account and other services. The maximum balance of RED88 Banking is £25,000 in the billing account and £5,000 in the card account.

What do I do if my card is stolen or lost?
If you lose your card or if it is stolen, call customer services immediately on 0845 677 8886. We will cancel your card and issue a new one to the address we hold on your account within 10 working days. We will then transfer the balance to your new account within 24 hours.

You can check your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online banking facility, logon to www.red88.co.uk. You can also check your balance by telephoning us on 0845 677 8886. If you have registered your mobile phone number with us, you can also check your balance by sending a text to 60777 containing the word “BALANCE”.
